Man Goes 10 Weeks Without Bin Collection
This is dubious title to hold, but Trevor Tipton Hill man allegedly a resident of Sandwell is gone the longest without a recycling bin collection.
There are of two recycling bins emptied for 10 weeks. Trash bags and went uncollected in the streets were piled up as refuse collectors began working on an article in the middle of the pay dispute.

“Baskets are filled to the brim, and frankly we were having our bins for recycling other people, which is naughty, but we were forced to do it.”

Advisor Rowley said: “I was in the Tudor court in person and apologize to Mr. Hill. I can only apologize to all the inhabitants that their cells were omitted.”
Express & Star reported over the past few weeks as people went home without the collection and recycling bins for two, three and five weeks.
Some residents also other people dumping rubbish outside their homes and their gardens.
Long strokes, which may have more trash on the streets could begin before September 6, unite to give the Council a call. GMB Union are believed to have done the same, but Unison is balloting.
Binmen threatened to leave after introduction of single status scales pay. Taxpayers have been forced to pay £79,000 for agency staff and other vehicles to clear the accumulated bin bags.
